My Story…

I’m Dwayne Weems—an audio engineer with over 35 years of live and broadcast sound, helping organizations solve real-world sound problems.

My background includes more than 30 years in television broadcast, mixing live sound for theatrical performances, and decades serving as a lead audio technician (A1) in church environments. That range of experience has given me exposure to just about every kind of room, system, and situation you can imagine.

That breadth of experience is what allows me to quickly identify what’s working, what’s not, and what actually needs to change.

Over time, I’ve seen the same issues come up again and again— rooms that don’t cooperate, RF issues, systems that don’t translate…

That’s why my approach is simple: start with the room, understand what’s actually happening, and build solutions that work in real conditions—not just on paper.

I’m not here to come in and change everything or replace what you already have. In most cases, the goal is to improve on the investment you’ve already made—helping your system work the way it should.

Just as important, I have a deep respect for the people already serving and sacrificing on your team. I am not here to take over or disrupt what’s working, but to support, guide, and offer practical ways to help everyone succeed and feel more confident in what they’re doing.

Every space is different, and every solution should be tailored to it.
